What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
What format can I email my file to print?
We prefer all printed documents to be in PDF formats. However, in cases where PDF is not available, we do accept and check files submitted in JPEG, PNG, Word, PowerPoint & Excel formats.
How quickly can you turn around printing?
For most immediate basic print requests, we are able to print straight away. However, to confirm exact times, please do contact us.
How can I choose the best paper for my print request?
Every paper has it’s purpose. For a simple straightforward requirement, we print on 80gsm – 115gsm uncoated paper. If you require something a bit thicker or would like to get a bit fancy, please see below or feel free to contact us to ensure you get the results you need.
White/ Lightly Coloured Smooth Papers: Best for designs with a solid colour or image background. Works best with additional matt or gloss lamination finishes or white, clear or speciality inks such as white, clear or metallic inks.
Deep Coloured Smooth Papers: Works well for designs with plain backgrounds and speciality inks such as white, clear or metallic inks.
All Textured Papers: Works well for designs with plain backgrounds and speciality inks such as white, clear or metallic inks.
